T-Jet Blazer Express - DTG Printer

There are two models of the T-JET® Blazer with the Express being a compact yet powerful tabletop unit that prints one shirt at a time. The Blazer Express prints on light and dark garments, towels, panties, shorts, bibs, bandanas, aprons, tote bags, socks and more. You can print images up to 16.5" x 20" (41 x 50cm) on the Blazer Express.

The T-JET® Blazer Express is great for small OR large jobs. With an ink cost of less than 40 cents per shirt (standard print size on light shirts) and speeds of 45 to 60 seconds for a standard size image, you can get great production and outstanding, vibrant prints with its four color plus white (CMYK+W) inkjet technology. Each machine comes with four 8 oz. starter bottles of FastINK™ TEXTILE CMYK color, 1 liter of FastINK™ Bright White, two gallons of pretreatment for dark shirts, AND a powerful graphics program called FastARTIST™/FastRIP™. You can even print from most graphic programs like Photoshop, Illustrator and CorelDraw.

This machine allows for easy Print Head height adjustments and features an HMI display that controls all printer functions, including maintenance, Head Cleanings and more. You can also link more than one machine to a single computer with optional software for even higher production rates.

Perhaps most importantly, Blazer prints are very durable and will withstand MANY washings. The finished print needs to be heat-set using either a standard heat transfer press or long conveyor dryer, but no additional treatment is necessary.

A complete design program that is needed to create special underbase and highlight printers. Works with Corel, Illustrator, Photoshop and Freehand images but you must print from a Windows-based PC.

Our special Raster Image Processing software for a Windows™ OS that tells the printer how much white to print, how to print the colors and much more.
1 - 1 Gallon of Magin Spray Pre-Treatment Solution - The garments need to be pre-treated with this clear, non-toxic, odorless spray before printing.

User's Manual - The Fast T-Jet® Blazer Express comes with a detailed User's Manual and a number of training DVDs. For most users, this is all you'll need to start printing great images, but there are also hands-on classes available.
FastARTIST™ - A complete graphics design application for a Windows™ OS that is essential for printing an Underbase and/or white highlights. Works with both vector AND bitmap images from programs such as Photoshop®, Illustrator®; and CorelDRAW®. This extremely powerful program is included with your printer package.
FastARTIST™ also comes with a series of instructional DVDs and a User's Manual.
Very FAST-Most printers have 90 inkjet nozzles per color. The Fast T-Jet® Blazer Express has 180 nozzles per color for faster and more vibrant prints. More nozzles also means much brighter whites.
Fast T-JET™ Blazer includes a one year on-site limited warranty on parts. The limited warranty does not include the printing head and does not include on-site service to replace the printing head. Replacement printing head can be replaced in less than 20 minutes. Response time is from one day to five days depending on location.
